Cravings, Stuffy Sinuses, Headaches? There's a Stix for That

October 25, 2026by Bill Feaverin Health and Wellness

Cravings. Stuffy sinuses. Headaches. If you've lived as long as I have, you've had your share of all three.

Lately I've been trying something from Zilara called GOGOStix™, and I wanted to tell you about it.

What GOGOStix are

They're little pocket-sized essential oil inhalers. No pills, no sprays, no mess. Just a quick breath of plant-based aromatherapy when you need a little support.

I farmed my whole life, so anything that starts out growing in a field tends to get my attention. It also fits what I already like about Zilara. They offer a lot of their products as liquids, powders, tinctures and teas for folks who would rather not swallow another pill. GOGOStix go one step simpler. You just breathe.

The three that caught my attention

Craving Crusher

Ever find yourself reaching for a snack when you're not really hungry? I love food and a good meal with family and friends, so yes, I know that feeling.

This blend of citrus and other essential oils is designed to help you feel refreshed, more mindful, and better focused on your healthy habits.

Sinus Soothe

You know that stuffy, heavy-headed feeling? This one contains eucalyptus, peppermint, and other botanicals that provide a cool, refreshing sensation and a feeling of easier breathing.

Migraine Ease

This blend combines peppermint, lavender, chamomile, and eucalyptus for a calming aromatherapy experience when you're dealing with head tension or just need a moment to relax.

What I like about them

Their simplicity.

They're small enough to carry in your pocket, take on a trip, or keep handy throughout the day. When my wife and I travel, the fewer bottles rattling around in the bag, the better. One of these slips into a shirt pocket and you forget it's there until you want it.

What they aren't

I spent years teaching teenagers who could smell a sales pitch a mile away. They taught me not to blow smoke, so I won't blow any here.

I'm not telling you these are miracle cures. They're simply another natural wellness option worth learning about. And we all know there's no magic wand for everything life throws at us.

Which one would you try?

Here's my question for you. Which one would you be most interested in trying?

  • Craving Crusher, for cravings
  • Sinus Soothe, for stuffy sinuses
  • Migraine Ease, for head tension

Leave your pick in the comments below, or send me a message. I'll be happy to get back to you with more information and a link so you can check them out for yourself. If you buy through my link, I earn a commission, and your price stays the same.

No pressure. Just sharing something I thought you might find interesting.

Here's to feeling better and enjoying life, one breath at a time. Just keep moving forward.
